Wether you are wishing to get out in nature for your counselling session, take shelter in a lovely warm office or want it from the convenience of your own home, theres a few ways we can work together.

Outdoor Counselling
The outdoor's has always been a huge factor in my life, its been my safe placce, my self-care and my escape. Before I even started my training as a counsellor I was planning how I could incorprate this into my practice.
Today I have the privilege of working with my clients in the stunning North Ayrshire countryside; in places such as Eglinton Country Park, Kilbirnie Loch and a tranquil private woodland. I also regularly work from Lochwinnoch, Castle Semple Loch.
Outdoor counselling sessions are for any client that wishes to bring nature into their counselling. There is no required level of fitness, and I can adapt outdoor sessions to any accessibility requirments you may have.

Indoor Counselling
For some, counselling feels most comfortable indoors. A quiet, private room can offer a sense of stability and security away from the pressures of daily life. It's a space where you can pause, take a breath and speak freely without distraction.
I offer indoor counselling sessions in both Irvine and Kilbirnie. Each setting is designed to be calm and welcoming, so you can feel at ease while exploring whatever has brought you to counselling.
Whether you prefer the consistency of an indoor space or simply find comfort in a familiar room, these sessions give you a safe base to reflect and work at your own pace.Sessions

Online Counselling
Online counselling offers flexibility and ease. It allows you to connect from the comfort of your own home or whereever you feel most at ease. For many people, this makes therapy more accessible and easier to fit around daily life.
I offer online sessions via secure video platforms, so you can have the same level of support without the need to travel. It's confidential, straightforward and gives you the freedom to choose the enviroment that feels best for you.
Online counselling may suit you if you prefer the convenience of home, have mobility considerations or simply find it easier to talk in a familiar space.
